About the role

  • Support the design of more integrated, inclusive internal experiences aligned with the company culture.
  • Structure and manage active listening initiatives (such as surveys, interviews and focus groups) to understand employees’ perceptions and expectations.
  • Develop action plans in partnership with leaders and support areas, focusing on experience, engagement and belonging.
  • Translate data and feedback into practical, strategic insights for continuous improvement of the employee journey.
  • Monitor experience, climate and engagement indicators and metrics.
  • Map the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, identifying key moments and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed).
  • Experience in EX (Employee Experience), Process, Project areas or related fields.
  • Experience designing journeys, flowcharts, process mapping and employee listening activities.
  • Analytical skills to transform data and feedback into actionable plans.
  • Strong communication, empathy and the ability to collaborate across different areas of the company.
  • Knowledge of research methodologies, experience mapping or design thinking.
