About the role
- Handle incoming leads, preferably by phone, and through other company communication channels (to attend to student requests and complete the sale);
- Act in accordance with legal requirements and adapt to internal policies by actively participating in training and reporting any challenges. Safeguard the confidentiality of information in accordance with Afya's code of ethics and LGPD;
- Engage and negotiate with prospective clients in a personalized manner (understanding each person's profile, pain points, and needs), tailoring Medcel's services and products to meet client needs, with the aim of conversion and customer satisfaction, as well as achieving the department's targets both in student numbers and product mix;
- Provide feedback to Afya's system with information about the client, including their expectations and any negative experiences with Afya's products and/or services, aiming to contribute to Afya's continuous improvement;
- Ensure a prompt and accurate response to interested clients, recording all activities such as emails and calls in the CRM system, thereby maintaining control of the customer relationship;
- Maintain follow-up on opportunities and contacts (using Salesforce tasks and WhatsApp Business tools to increase sales effectiveness).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Knowledge of sales techniques;
- Previous experience in the role;
- Experience in education sales is a plus;
- Availability to work 08:00–18:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00–17:00 on Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts.
