About the role
- Monitor, check, and control requested and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers and designers, ensuring compliance with technical and legal standards.
- Prepare periodic reports to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor and control renovation and expansion projects.
- Develop and track execution schedules.
- Request services, materials, contracts, and contract amendments.
- Review executive and complementary project plans and materials lists.
- Facilitate communication between suppliers.
- Ensure established deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields (in-progress studies will be considered).
- Experience in monitoring and controlling projects (renovations, expansions, etc.).
- Ability to request and manage services, materials, contracts, and contract amendments.
- Capacity to review and verify executive and complementary project plans.
- Ease interacting with suppliers and designers.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and complying with technical/legal standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to prepare reports and presentations.
