Own and coordinate specific project components for Supercell and the Brawl Stars esports partner teams
Maintain detailed tracking systems for program metrics and deliverables
Manage day-to-day project execution to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within established parameters
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and financial tracking for partner teams
Monitor and report on project schedules, budgets, and scope, escalating potential issues to the relevant stakeholders
Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders while managing regular communications
Identify and implement process improvements within assigned project areas
Support the Director of Strategy in strategic planning and resource allocation
Support the development and implementation of strategic program directives
Ensure quality control and consistency across all project deliverables
Proactively identify and address potential risks within assigned project components.

Requirements

Experience working within the esports and gaming ecosystem - in particular a strong understanding of team dynamics, esports events, and partnerships
Experience working directly within an esports organisation in an operational, partnerships, finance, or project management role
Familiarity with Brawl Stars and Supercell titles, or alternatively, an understanding of the mobile esports ecosystem
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of the cloud-based G-Suite software, especially Google Sheets
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
A team player with the ability to work independently when required
Proactive mentality
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically while managing complex projects.
