💰 $40,000 - $45,000 per year

About the role

  • Ongoing support to creators, answering their questions and assisting them through challenges.
  • Monitor all communication channels and respond to all queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure quality control within the creator community and their content.
  • Distribute key information, updates and in-game codes in a timely manner.
  • Content reviews and moderation for internal programs.
  • Evaluate Creator Program applications daily.
  • Facilitate game access requests for Beta tests.
  • Audit and Reporting.
  • Generate detailed reports on creator participation within the Creator Program.
  • Track engagement within Beta games.
  • Ideate and present innovative strategies for community engagement via social media.
  • Publish fresh written content for the creator portal.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in at least one of the following languages would be preferred (German, Turkish, Italian, or Portuguese).
  • Proven ability in time and task management.
  • High degree of accountability and ownership.
  • Proactive mentality.
  • Ability to inspire and encourage others.
  • Prior experience in community management or similar roles (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry and Skill or progress on personal mobile game accounts (advantageous).
