General

• Develop, enhance and maintain integrated project schedules for complex industrial and plant engineering projects across all project phases (from planning through execution)
• Coordinate and integrate sub-schedules from all project stakeholders (engineering, procurement, construction, and external partners) into a consolidated master schedule
• Perform schedule control including analysis of project progress, critical paths, and variances against the baseline schedule
• Prepare schedule and progress reports and identify and communicate risks, opportunities and recommended actions to project management and the project team
• Support project management with scheduling strategies, change management and assessing project impacts on milestones and the overall schedule
• Apply and further develop lean methods and best practices in schedule management to optimize project workflows
• Facilitate scheduling and control workshops and serve as the central interface for all scheduling-related topics within the project
• Ensure the quality, consistency and traceability of all schedule-related data and documentation
