  • Role Overview:You will be responsible for crafting personalized itineraries, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication with the lodges to deliver unforgettable experiences.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Design and sell bespoke luxury safari and travel experiences in East Africa.
  • - Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
  • - Liaise directly with lodges, camps, and local partners to ensure flawless travel arrangements.
  • - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service throughout the travel process.
  • - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and travel regulations.
  • - Generating your own leads

Requirements

  • Requirements:
  • - Proven experience as a luxury travel consultant, preferably specializing in Southern and /or East Africa.
  • - In-depth knowledge of Southern and /or East African destinations, lodges, camps, safaris, and experiences.
  • - Strong sales skills with a focus on direct-to-client luxury travel.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Ability to work independently and as part of an intimate team.
  • - Passion for travel, wildlife, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • - Generating your own personal leads
