  • Work Designation: Depending on your location within the continental US, this role may be hybrid or remote.\n
  • If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid.\n
  • This means you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week.\n

  • If you live more than 50 miles from the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be remote.\n
  • If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need.\n

Requirements

  • Experience in Life, Disability, and Absence management products.\n
  • Works well managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.\n
  • Excellent leadership skills and track record of influencing positive outcomes in business.\n
  • Ability to engage with business owners and decision makers; experience with 'C' level engagement.\n
  • Team player who can gain the support, confidence and commitment of internal and external stakeholders.\n
  • Proven experience of presenting, influencing, and negotiating with clients and colleagues at the senior level.\n
  • Demonstrated success in managing key brokers/consultants.\n
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation, organizational skills and attention to detail.\n
  • Demonstrated customer relationship acumen.\n
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting principles and practices.\n
  • Knowledge of salesforce CRM systems and processes.\n
  • Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field; 10 years of professional job-related work experience, 5 years management experience.\n
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n
  • Education & Experience Preferred: 5 or more years’ experience in customer implementation, project management in the disability industry (strongly preferred).
