About the role
- Supports the development and implementation of innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain members of the Aflac sales force.
- Manages the design and implementation of standardized recruiting practices and procedures.
- Leads the development and execution of predictive, scalable, and metrics-driven recruitment campaigns to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Monitors and analyzes recruitment metrics to evaluate program success and identifying areas for improvement relative to established goals.
- Assesses sales force satisfaction to identify trends and opportunities for improved engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 or more years of professional job-related work experience
- Recruiting and or program management experience
- Extensive knowledge of effective recruiting concepts, principles, and methods
- Strong project management skills
