• Provide technical support during installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment;
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective integration between systems and platforms;
• Perform testing and validations to ensure full functionality and performance of deployed systems;
• Document implementation processes by creating guides and support materials, and provide training when necessary;
• Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, proposing innovative solutions for optimization;
• Support the customer base remotely or on-site, ensuring the proper operation of contracted products and services in line with the value proposition.

Implementation Analyst – Junior

Collections

• Monitor the customer service operation by checking the volume of mailings, replenishing them as needed, and resolving related issues.
• Tag the mailing database to improve effectiveness in locating customers.
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for the collections operations area; analyze findings and forward them to coordination and management for service evaluation.
• Plan operation break schedules in coordination with management.
• Execute SMS campaigns to customers with outstanding debts according to strategies defined with the Collections management team.
• Monitor and update the tabulations logged in the system by collections agents.
• Tag the scored database for segmenting mailings during customer contact.
• Monitor call delivery, tracking performance via the dialer.
• Execute parameterized strategic maneuvers for call delivery, and for sending emails or SMS.
