About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, develop and keep up to date corporate (PJ) credit policies for products such as card issuance, receivables factoring/advance, working capital and acquiring;
- Ensure correct application of policies across the entire credit lifecycle, from origination to portfolio monitoring;
- Define and monitor eligibility criteria, limits, terms, collateral, exposures and approval authorities by product and segment;
- Monitor credit indicators (delinquency, losses, concentration, limit utilization and profitability), proposing adjustments when necessary;
- Perform economic and financial analyses of companies and sector studies to support policy recommendations;
- Act as a technical reference for questions and alignments with partner areas;
- Prepare and present technical and executive materials for Credit Committees and governance forums;
- Assess the impact of macroeconomic, regulatory and market scenarios on credit policies;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of corporate credit processes and controls.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics or related fields;
- Proven experience with corporate (PJ) credit, credit policies or risk, preferably in financial institutions;
- Knowledge of corporate financial products, such as credit cards, receivables factoring/advance, working capital and acquiring;
- Strong financial statement analysis skills (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow);
- Experience in defining and reviewing credit policies, including approval criteria, limits, collateral and rating/score models;
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with data and BI tools (Power BI, SQL or similar);
- Experience working with credit committees and formal governance structures (differential);
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance, Risk or Credit (differential);
- Analytical profile, business acumen, autonomy and good communication skills.
