About the role
- Grow the publisher portfolio by onboarding new partners and expanding existing partnerships.
- Drive business development around conversational formats for publishers.
- Expand the usage and impact of first-party data for publishers.
- Lead a team of six people.
- Operate at the intersection of product, technology, marketing, and the holding company Affinity Global.
Requirements
- Extensive, cross-functional publisher experience across commercial, product, and editorial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills (publishers, internal teams, external partners).
- Deep understanding of both editorial workflows and commercial/media monetization mechanisms.
- Top-notch project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel.
