About the role
- Identify new partnership opportunities by prospecting, matching them with Affinity’s monetization solutions, and onboarding them.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with CPC/CPA/CPI/Revenue share agreements.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM; regularly forecast revenue and hit growth targets.
- Collaborate with Publisher Success (Account Management) team closely to ensure growth of publishers onboarded.
- Collaborate with Product, Ops & Marketing to drive growth: from launching new product features to developing content, and more.
- Represent Affinity at industry events through speaking engagements, panels, and networking opportunities in key Europe markets.
Requirements
- A dealmaker with 4+ years of experience working with European based publishers.
- Proven ability to close 6–7 figure deals and exceed revenue goals.
- Confident communicator with strong networking skills who can connect with peers across countries & publisher categories, present to C-level audiences and write compelling proposals.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital media, including integrations methods, pricing models, and performance metrics.
- Proficient in Business English, plus one more European Language (German or French is preferable)
- Knowledge of the business concepts and technologies in digital publishing – like ad servers, endpoints (APIs, JS, SDK), pricing models, and deal structures.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Comfortable using the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to model deals and performance.
