About the role
- Manage member relations, performance, and growth within Decorative Brands
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members
- Drive growth through Conversion Campaign opportunities
- Increase Member Participation Rates by implementing engagement programs
- Collect and analyze member feedback to identify concerns and opportunities
- Conduct AD business reviews via technology platforms and structured cadences
- Manage member scorecard and compliance processes
- Support business development by identifying prospective member opportunities
- Collaborate with Division Executives to manage network assignments
- Advocate for members in supplier discussions and conflict resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the Plumbing Showroom or related B2B distribution space
- Proven experience working with senior executives and facilitating meetings
- Established relationships with Decorative Brands distributors and preferred suppliers (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated success in achieving business goals and implementing programs
- Salesforce experience highly desirable
