About the role

  • Manage member relations, performance, and growth within Decorative Brands
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members
  • Drive growth through Conversion Campaign opportunities
  • Increase Member Participation Rates by implementing engagement programs
  • Collect and analyze member feedback to identify concerns and opportunities
  • Conduct AD business reviews via technology platforms and structured cadences
  • Manage member scorecard and compliance processes
  • Support business development by identifying prospective member opportunities
  • Collaborate with Division Executives to manage network assignments
  • Advocate for members in supplier discussions and conflict resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the Plumbing Showroom or related B2B distribution space
  • Proven experience working with senior executives and facilitating meetings
  • Established relationships with Decorative Brands distributors and preferred suppliers (preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving business goals and implementing programs
  • Salesforce experience highly desirable
