About the role
- Support the end-to-end onboarding of new distribution partners.
- Act as the "Internal Advocate" for our partners.
- Maintain a "Source of Truth" in HubSpot.
- Schedule and support training webinars.
- Harness the power of Excel to generate and analyze distribution trends.
- Keep a pulse on the independent life insurance landscape, monitoring competitor shifts.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience within a Life Insurance Carrier, BGA, or Agency.
- You understand the "language of insurance" and want to apply it in a modern, fast-growing organization.
- You have experience working with spreadsheets.
- You know your way around a CRM and can quickly learn and enhance our current system.
- You are obsessed with the "Little Things."
- You thrive in an environment where not every process is written down.
- You have some proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and experience with a CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health License within the first 120 days (the company usually pays for this).
