About the role
- Launch, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on TikTok
- Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns based on target business metrics
- Collaborate closely with the creative team
- Generate, prioritize, and systematically test new hypotheses
- Develop automation and auto-rules for efficient campaign acquisition
- Analyze competitors, track TikTok trends, and translate them into actionable ad strategies
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads
- Deep understanding of core performance metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPM, RT
- Strong analytical mindset: feeling comfortable working with numbers
- High proactivity and independence
- Excellent attention to detail (double-checking links, budgets, naming conventions, and targeting)
- English level B1+ (Intermediate or higher)
