About the role

  • Resolve email/chat/phone request and enhance User experience

Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Customer Support
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your area of responsibility
  • Problem-solving prowess: you’re a natural at uncovering the root cause of challenges (a true detective!)
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (including a minimum of 6 night shifts per month)
