About the role
- Act as a key technical authority across Aevi’s platforms
- Lead complex investigations and resolve business-critical production incidents
- Shape technical solutions across distributed payment systems
- Operate as an L3/L4 escalation point
- Mentor analysts and strengthen engineering processes
- Contribute to platform stability and technical excellence
- Engage with customers and represent Engineering in customer workshops
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst in fintech, banking, or complex distributed systems
- Strong expertise in APIs, REST, JSON/XML, and microservices troubleshooting
- Deep log analysis experience in AWS (CloudWatch, ECS, EC2, S3) or Kubernetes environments
- Strong understanding of payment processing and transaction lifecycles
- Knowledge of PCI DSS and ISO 20022 / ISO 8583 messaging standards
- Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Experience with third-party integrations in fintech environments is highly valued.
