- Job Overview
- The General Manager will lead all aspects of the property ensuring that the brand’s values of authentic hospitality, community, and creativity are fully reflected in the guest experience.
- The ideal candidate will be a genuine host and inspiring leader with a proven track record in experiential hospitality.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, commercial acumen, and a passion for people are key.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 7/10 years of hospitality management experience, including experience leading multi-department teams.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations and proven ability to launch or reposition concepts.
- Commercially driven with the ability to identify and act on revenue and efficiency opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to inspire, delegate, and engage teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on leadership style with genuine passion for hosting and human connection.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and events as required.
- Upholds confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
