Revenue Operations

• Take strategic ownership of the performance of cluster hotels in Europe.
• Implement daily yield management strategies to drive hotel revenues and market share.
• Conduct statistical analysis to develop effective strategies and approaches.
• Monitor and optimise distribution channels to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with General Managers (GMs) to prepare accurate forecasts for each hotel.
• Work closely with the Head of Revenue Management & VP of Commercial to conceptualise yearly budgets.
• Assist in analysing new markets and preparing room budgets for potential property acquisitions.

• General Accounting: Record and reconcile daily transactions, including bank transfers, cash receipts, and accruals.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage supplier invoices, payments, and customer billing cycles.
• Registers & Documentation: Maintain accurate VAT registers, general ledgers, and fixed asset records.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations between bank statements and the general ledger.
• Support for Closings: Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.
• Tax & Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Accounting Manager

• Record and reconcile daily revenues from all hotel outlets: rooms, F&B, events, and membership fees
• Support accounts payable and receivable cycles, including invoice processing, supplier payments, and guest billing
• Assist with daily cash and POS reconciliation, bank statement matching, and petty cash management
• Monitor departmental costs (Rooms, F&B, Gym & Wellness, Club) and flag variances against budget
• Maintain accurate digital and physical accounting archives in compliance with Italian fiscal regulations
• Support VAT return preparation, tax filings, and liaising with the external accountant
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Front Office, F&B team to gather and verify operational data
