About the role
- Serve as the organizational heartbeat of Aesir Interactive, ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally.
- Manage and organize all day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate service providers such as cleaning companies, suppliers, and maintenance workers.
- Plan and organize internal meetings, workshops, and team events.
- Welcome and support guests, clients, and external partners.
- Oversee office logistics including mail handling and organization of courier and package shipments.
- Procure and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain office contracts and related documentation.
- Support travel arrangements and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with other departments to support internal processes.
- Introduce improvements to office workflows, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfort working with external service providers.
- Solid MS Office and general digital tool proficiency.
- A service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in German and good command of English.
- Bonus Points: Experience in a creative or tech industry environment.
