About the role

  • Own sales operations data integrity within Salesforce, establishing validation standards, audit controls, and governance processes to ensure all deal, contract, and partner data is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.
  • Define and enforce clear handoff standards between Sales, Finance, and Operations at each stage of the revenue cycle to eliminate delays and errors.
  • In collaboration with the Finance team, ensure the billing and collections for equipment sales, lease payments, and service plans.
  • Oversee partner revenue share and booking platform settlements.
  • Monitor partner accounts and manage payment issues or disputes.
  • Improve business and financial workflow and identify opportunities to reduce revenue leakage and automate process.
  • Support finance and accounting teams with reporting and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years experience in sales operations, billing operations, or revenue operations, ideally in a B2B / B2C technology or hardware company.
  • Strong experience with sales operations, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
  • Hands-on experience with business and finance systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, including CRM configuration, reporting, and data management.
  • Experience with data warehouse systems (eg., Snowflake) and familiarity with SQL for querying and validation data across systems.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-growing technology company.
