Program Manager

• Focus on the rigorous execution of program deliverables, ensuring that our category-defining robots transition from design concepts to validated hardware on aggressive schedules.
• Be the primary driver for cross-functional coordination, real-time risk identification, and the closing of technical gaps between Engineering and Operations.
• Own and enforce the master NPI checklist, driving rigorous entry and exit requirements for all NPI development phases (EVT, DVT and PVT). Coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure all technical and operational milestones are tracking to schedule.
• Own and update the product launch schedule, identifying critical path shifts, forecasting, mitigating and escalating risks appropriately while ensuring all components and processes remain on track for building, testing and validation.
• Drive comprehensive clear-to-build (CTB) readiness for each development phase. Beyond just material availability, you will ensure the factory is fully prepared for each build cycle, including production line workflow and station setup, SOP development and testing readiness.
• Drive the timely development, validation, and release of production tooling and test fixtures; coordinate between Engineering and suppliers to ensure all tooling is on-site and operational to meet build milestones.
• Drive the completion of Design for Manufacturing, Assembly and Test (DFx) feedback cycles and relentlessly track the status of hardware testing and validation results.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Partner Success Managers deployed across multiple partner locations and markets.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular coaching sessions, and build a culture of accountability, empathy, and excellence.
• Act as an escalation point and support system for your team when they encounter complex partner situations or operational challenges.
• Own the overall health of the partner success function, ensuring consistent, white-glove experiences are delivered across all active partner locations.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at key partner accounts, complementing the work of the Sales team at the executive level.
• Identify trends across partner locations — what's working, what isn't — and translate those insights into actionable improvements.
• Develop and refine the playbooks, automate processes and tools your team uses to launch, support, and sustain partner locations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure your team has everything they need to succeed.
• Track key success metrics across the partner portfolio and report on team performance, partner health, and operational efficiency to senior leadership.
• Lead with empathy and decisiveness when escalated issues arise, modeling the solution-oriented mindset you expect from your team.
• Anticipate the challenges that come with scaling a Hardware as a Service Customer success team and proactively build systems to address them before they become problems.
• Champion change management across your team as Aescape's product, processes, and partner base continue to evolve rapidly.

• Lead Aescape’s storytelling and content strategy across social, lifecycle, and owned channels
• Manage Aescape's social presence, creator partnerships, and UGC programs
• Develop content that brings the Aescape brand and recovery story to life through customer and partner experiences
• Own lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and in-app messaging (Braze)
• Build and optimize customer journeys that drive onboarding, repeat bookings, and retention
• Launch lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, rebooking, seasonal, and performance-driven communications

• Translate brand and growth strategy into creative briefs, campaign concepts, and content programs.
