Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain custom Ubuntu/Linux distributions tailored for real‑time, safety‑critical autonomous vehicle workloads.
• Optimize and tune ROS 2 DDS middleware (e.g., Cyclone DDS, Fast DDS) for low‑latency, high‑throughput multi‑sensor data flows.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain kernel modules and user‑space drivers for LiDARs, cameras, radars, GNSS/INS, CAN, and other vehicle interfaces.
• Maintain and expand the network interfaces of the system.
• Implement observability and logging solutions to monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization in both lab and field deployments.
• Collaborate with autonomy, perception, and controls engineers to profile CPU/GPU usage and remove bottlenecks across the stack.
• Harden the platform for production by applying security patches, enforcing secure boot, and implementing over‑the‑air (OTA) update pipelines.
• Own CI/CD pipelines for OS images and driver packages; automate build, test, and deployment processes.

• Own systems and processes to scale autonomous tractor production and operations.
• Manage and track inventory levels, parts availability, and lead times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers; negotiate terms and pricing.
• Execute procurement end-to-end (from purchase order to delivery) and forecast part needs for production and demos.
• Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks, including customs, tariffs, and regulatory procedures.
• Conduct and support safety audits of hardware and processes.
• Provide visibility into ETA variability and supply constraints for leadership and project teams.

• Serve as the primary onsite leader, maintaining structured and proactive communication with AeroVect leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and escalate decisively, removing blockers and driving forward momentum under pressure.

Product Marketing

• Positioned at the crossroads of sales, marketing, and product, you'll equip our commercial team with world-class collateral (customer-facing materials/sales assets) and keep every deal advancing on schedule.
• Build customer-facing collateral – own first drafts of pitch decks, technical briefs, RFP responses, tenders, feasibility studies, ROI models, and case studies.
• Contract support – assemble redlines, track versions, coordinate with Legal and Finance to keep MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and POs moving on schedule.
• Sales operations – update CRM, maintain content library, and ensure the latest slide, spec sheet, or pricing model is always at the team’s fingertips.
• Customer communication & calls – join and lead prospect and customer calls throughout the sales cycle (often hundreds per engagement); draft crisp emails, schedule meetings, and represent AeroVect with impeccable judgment so every next step is crystal-clear.
• Project-manage long sales cycles – help manage timelines for customer engagements, chase internal reviews, and surface bottlenecks before they cost us a quarter.
• New York City is preferred; exceptional remote candidates (US time zones) considered.
