About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive and multi-faceted learning programs for individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and gaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Define selection criteria and process, manage the communications plan and Architect program structure and facilitate learning sessions and experience to drive consistent, tiered training across programs.
  • Support program participants through the duration of the program ensuring their personal success and program value.
  • Establish metrics for measuring the effectiveness of learning programs and strategies, and modify programs based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular assessments to gauge progress towards organizational development goals.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the manager development strategy, fostering management and leadership capabilities across all levels.
  • Create tailored learning experiences that promote effective leadership practices and enhance managerial skills.
  • Plan and execute the annual Leaders Forum, ensuring it provides value through engaging content, networking opportunities, and professional development resources.
  • Evaluate and select the appropriate skill inventory to serve as the foundation for learning and development across the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on leadership development.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing leadership programs, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
  • Experience with leadership coaching, preferably across various levels of leadership.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of executing large-scale training initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and demonstrate the impact of training on business goals.
