Business Development Rep

• Identify and build relationships with new customers in the horticultural sector
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability
• Develop, implement and achieve revenue & profitability targets aligned with Aerobotics forecasts
• Optimize the customer decision journey to minimize spend and resources, and to maximize purchases and repurchases
• Partner with the Product team to uncover new customer needs & inform product development

• Label and categorise fruit imagery: fruit colour, fruit quality, edge segmentation.
• Correct existing annotations where something's incorrect.
• Flag blurry images, images of non-fruit objects or other erroneous images.
• Assess model outputs and determine the conditions under which it performs poorly.
• Hold a high bar on accuracy.

Data Annotator, Fruit Labelling – Contract

• Own and deliver the California and PNW P&L, including revenue growth, margins, and cost management
• Define and execute the West Coast market strategy across crops, regions, and customer segments
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional team across sales and customer success
• Drive new business acquisition while expanding and retaining existing customer accounts
• Establish strong relationships with key enterprise customers, grower organisations, and strategic partners
• Oversee regional forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting aligned with global targets
• Ensure world-class customer delivery and operational execution across all accounts
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to inform the roadmap based on West Coast market needs
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to accelerate growth
• Represent Aerobotics at industry events, conferences, and key customer engagements

• Build and scale the platform (web, mobile and our external api) to handle Aerobotics’s growth and ambitious mission.
• Own the development of new customer-facing features and product experiences end-to-end.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and agronomists to release well-rounded products which add value to our customers.
• Contribute to the long term technical strategy of our products and system.
