About the role
- Management and operational execution of corporate benefits;
- Management and administration of the health insurance plan: enrollments, removals, and monitoring of beneficiaries;
- Liaison with the insurer, broker, and internal departments to ensure smooth processes;
- Analysis of claim rates, identifying improvement opportunities and financial gains;
- Planning, conducting, and monitoring health and well-being projects;
- Creation and monitoring of schedules, action plans, and spreadsheet-based controls;
- Operationalization of benefits, ensuring continuity and organization of processes;
- Management of small projects focused on well-being, prevention, and quality of life;
- Provide support to employees and their dependents, offering guidance according to the benefits provided and assistance needs.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or Social Work, with experience in planning and leading health and well-being projects;
- Personable, organized, and with strong interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets for data control and analysis;
- Basic knowledge of project management (schedules, action plans, monitoring);
- Ability to work autonomously and ensure continuity of processes.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in corporate health, quality of life, or well-being projects;
- Previous experience with claim rate analysis
