About the role

  • Management and operational execution of corporate benefits;
  • Management and administration of the health insurance plan: enrollments, removals, and monitoring of beneficiaries;
  • Liaison with the insurer, broker, and internal departments to ensure smooth processes;
  • Analysis of claim rates, identifying improvement opportunities and financial gains;
  • Planning, conducting, and monitoring health and well-being projects;
  • Creation and monitoring of schedules, action plans, and spreadsheet-based controls;
  • Operationalization of benefits, ensuring continuity and organization of processes;
  • Management of small projects focused on well-being, prevention, and quality of life;
  • Provide support to employees and their dependents, offering guidance according to the benefits provided and assistance needs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or Social Work, with experience in planning and leading health and well-being projects;
  • Personable, organized, and with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets for data control and analysis;
  • Basic knowledge of project management (schedules, action plans, monitoring);
  • Ability to work autonomously and ensure continuity of processes.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in corporate health, quality of life, or well-being projects;
  • Previous experience with claim rate analysis
