About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers, maintaining regular communication.
- Identify customers at risk of churn and work on retention and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor customers' product usage and identify behavior patterns.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promoting the adoption of new features or relevant products.
- Collect and organize customer feedback about the product, identifying areas for improvement and desired new features.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles at a SaaS company.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience managing customer portfolios using KPIs, prioritizing by MRR or customer behavior, and understanding customer success metrics such as NPS, churn, and Health Score.
- Proficiency with advanced CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and ability to work well in a team.
- Experience or familiarity with agribusiness or the day-to-day operations of rural farms.
- Interest in technology, field innovation, and digital transformation in agribusiness.
