About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers, maintaining regular communication.
  • Identify customers at risk of churn and work on retention and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor customers' product usage and identify behavior patterns.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promoting the adoption of new features or relevant products.
  • Collect and organize customer feedback about the product, identifying areas for improvement and desired new features.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles at a SaaS company.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience managing customer portfolios using KPIs, prioritizing by MRR or customer behavior, and understanding customer success metrics such as NPS, churn, and Health Score.
  • Proficiency with advanced CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Experience or familiarity with agribusiness or the day-to-day operations of rural farms.
  • Interest in technology, field innovation, and digital transformation in agribusiness.
