About the role

  • Configure and maintain Cority modules for Quality, Safety, and Environmental management
  • Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance through regular audits and updates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Cority-related inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system use
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data collection and reporting
  • Customize modules to align with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Support internal audits and compliance initiatives using Cority tools
  • Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards for QSE metrics
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with IT and Cority support for system updates, integrations, and enhancements
  • Test and validate new features and upgrades before deployment
  • Maintain documentation of system changes and configurations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Occupational Safety, Quality Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience administering EHSQ software platforms (preferably Cority)
  • Experience in Quality, Safety, and Environmental compliance and reporting
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Cority’s QSE modules and configuration capabilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
