About the role

  • Act as the focal point for the Benefits team, leading negotiations and managing the quality of services.
  • Manage monthly movements, databases and exceptions with benefits operators and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual deadlines and regulatory requirements, including internal and external audits.
  • Provide support to employees, answering questions and assisting with internal cases.
  • Monitor and analyze benefits metrics, prepare monthly KPIs and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, support automations and integrations, and propose actions related to health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop rules, benefits strategies and contingency plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in strategic benefits management and benefits processing.
  • Knowledge of best practices in contract management and in managing relationships with benefits providers.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, ANS regulations, PAT, VT and other mandatory and voluntary benefits.
  • Experience with data management (advanced Excel, dashboards, Power BI, etc.).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days in the office per week).
