About the role
- Act as the focal point for the Benefits team, leading negotiations and managing the quality of services.
- Manage monthly movements, databases and exceptions with benefits operators and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual deadlines and regulatory requirements, including internal and external audits.
- Provide support to employees, answering questions and assisting with internal cases.
- Monitor and analyze benefits metrics, prepare monthly KPIs and generate insights for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, support automations and integrations, and propose actions related to health and well-being.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop rules, benefits strategies and contingency plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in strategic benefits management and benefits processing.
- Knowledge of best practices in contract management and in managing relationships with benefits providers.
- Knowledge of labor legislation, ANS regulations, PAT, VT and other mandatory and voluntary benefits.
- Experience with data management (advanced Excel, dashboards, Power BI, etc.).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days in the office per week).
