About the role
- Analyze equipment and vehicle utilization to improve performance and reduce downtime
- Partner with Operations to deliver clear, actionable reporting across the organization
- Visualize telematics data to support preventative maintenance and optimize heavy equipment usage
- Create ad hoc analytics that influence strategic fleet decisions at the leadership level
- Develop new Power BI dashboards and tools that highlight KPIs and unlock insights
- Collaborate with coordination teams on new fleet initiatives and measure their impact
- Become the go‑to subject matter expert on fleet reporting, data structure, and analytics logic
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a data, business analysis, or operations analytics role
- Strong ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable dashboards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent communication skills - you’re confident presenting to all levels of the business
- Strong time management and an ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience with SAP or Business Objects is an asset
- Power BI experience is a major plus (or eagerness to learn!)
