About the role

  • Support the Head of rails and senior management in delivery and operations.
  • Help build and grow the headcount of the India team.
  • Lead the team in supporting Rail projects.
  • Develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
  • Collaborate with other senior management to formulate strategy for Business Continuity.

Requirements

  • Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • More than 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in Rail Market – overall.
  • Experience in UK, UAE, US, Canada, Middle East (preferred).
  • Knowledgeable in rail design services, associated regulations and technical standards.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working on own initiative, with overall responsibility and accountability for assigned work.
