About the role
- Oversee semiconductor manufacturing or other advanced manufacturing projects
- Lead semiconductor manufacturing facility design team to deliver projects
- Manage project resources
- Host and attend meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Identify problems early and develop creative solutions
- Manage AECOM’s semiconductor manufacturing facility design team
- Proactively communicate with all stakeholders to provide project updates
- Develop technical and financial proposals
- Build trusting relationships with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- ten (10) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- including 2 years of leadership experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License preferred
- 10 years of relevant experience in design and/or project management
- 5 years of experience in semiconductor design
- Excellent communication (written/oral)
- Emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Strong interpersonal judgment
- Situational adaptability
- Team leadership skills
