About the role
- Manages small to moderately complex projects, or assists clients in execution of portions of engagement
- Develops project work plans and related performance metrics to ensure all project activities are executed against established timelines and budgets
- Uses process improvement, performance improvement or project management methodologies
- Identifies and manages change effectively and efficiently
- Works with team members to utilize change management processes and tools
- Tests client hypotheses and solutions with robust data consulting processes and techniques
- Leads meetings/work sessions to support execution of engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in healthcare payer or provider operations
- Knowledge and expertise in use of project, program management, and performance improvement methodologies and tools
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to concisely communicate with key leaders
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and evidence of being a strong team player
- Possesses a strong orientation toward innovation and new ideas
- Ability to conduct data analysis and glean insights relevant to the work.
