💰 $38 - $57 per hour

About the role

  • Manages small to moderately complex projects, or assists clients in execution of portions of engagement
  • Develops project work plans and related performance metrics to ensure all project activities are executed against established timelines and budgets
  • Uses process improvement, performance improvement or project management methodologies
  • Identifies and manages change effectively and efficiently
  • Works with team members to utilize change management processes and tools
  • Tests client hypotheses and solutions with robust data consulting processes and techniques
  • Leads meetings/work sessions to support execution of engagements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field
  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in healthcare payer or provider operations
  • Knowledge and expertise in use of project, program management, and performance improvement methodologies and tools
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to concisely communicate with key leaders
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and evidence of being a strong team player
  • Possesses a strong orientation toward innovation and new ideas
  • Ability to conduct data analysis and glean insights relevant to the work.
