About the role
- Provide strategic leadership on document management
- Lead and mentor a team of document management professionals, policy coordinators, and administrative staff
- Report on key performance indicators and improvement initiatives to executive leadership
- Lead the management and continuous improvement of the organization’s policy management system
- Ensure all documentation practices meet applicable regulations and accreditation standards
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on document management processes and tools
- Partner with service line leaders to develop and implement enterprise-wide quality strategies
Requirements
- Master’s degree in public health, nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field is required
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in quality or healthcare risk management within a complex healthcare setting
- Proven ability to inspire and mobilize interdisciplinary teams toward shared goals
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and translating insights into actionable improvement strategies
- Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and continuous learning
- Proficient in project management and continuous improvement methodologies
