About the role

  • Provide strategic leadership on document management
  • Lead and mentor a team of document management professionals, policy coordinators, and administrative staff
  • Report on key performance indicators and improvement initiatives to executive leadership
  • Lead the management and continuous improvement of the organization’s policy management system
  • Ensure all documentation practices meet applicable regulations and accreditation standards
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on document management processes and tools
  • Partner with service line leaders to develop and implement enterprise-wide quality strategies

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in public health, nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field is required
  • Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in quality or healthcare risk management within a complex healthcare setting
  • Proven ability to inspire and mobilize interdisciplinary teams toward shared goals
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and translating insights into actionable improvement strategies
  • Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and continuous learning
  • Proficient in project management and continuous improvement methodologies
