About the role
- Assist PCC leadership with day to day operation to ensure high quality and cost effective patient care
- Serve in the role of Charge Nurse and assign patient care tasks
- Collaborate with physicians, management and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory agency standards
- Participate in safety initiatives and demonstrate positive support in performance improvement plans
Requirements
- Typically requires 3 years’ experience in specialty area
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- CPR certification
- Skills specific to each unit's specialty
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cohesively with a diverse work group.
- Knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the lifespan
