About the role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
- Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, compassionate care
- Track client progress and continuously refine treatment plans for optimal outcomes
- Educate and empower caregivers through ongoing training and guidance
- Stay current with ABA research and integrate best practices into daily work
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis
- BCBA License through the BACB
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
