About the role
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians both virtually and in-person
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in overseeing ABA therapy services
- Knowledge of functional assessment and skills-based treatment principles
- Ability to engage parents and families in therapy
- Strong supervision skills for Behavior Technicians
