About the role
- Play a critical role in shaping and executing talent acquisition strategies
- Lead complex searches for clinical research and life sciences talent
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders
- Mentor team members and drive recruitment initiatives
- Contribute to the organizational talent acquisition direction
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
- Build strategic talent networks within the life sciences industry
- Manage complex recruitment projects across the organization
- Enhance candidate assessment processes
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in the life sciences and/or clinical research industry
- 7+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proven experience leading complex recruitment campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
