About the role

Leading and strategizing highly complex recruitment campaigns focused on senior, executive, and specialized positions
Contributing to and influencing the overall recruitment strategy
Serving as a strategic talent advisor and primary point of contact for business leaders
Designing and executing innovative, targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber and niche candidates
Building and sustaining strategic talent networks within the life sciences industry
Leading and enhancing the candidate assessment process
Mentoring and guiding junior team members
Managing complex or high-visibility recruitment projects
Ensuring data integrity and leveraging insights within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Providing thought leadership and insights on industry trends

10+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in the life sciences and/or clinical research industry
7+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders, including Sr. Director and Executive-level stakeholders
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn)
Proven experience leading complex recruitment campaigns and managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate as a strategic talent advisor
Experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
