  • Maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, procurement and medical administration
  • Develop bespoke account strategies
  • Sell the biosimilars portfolio, meeting targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Contract negotiations & tender management
  • Implement strategic sales plans to increase market share
  • Collaborate with Marketing on materials, training and campaigns
  • Plan and execute new biosimilar launches
  • Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals
  • Attend symposia, conferences and training events
  • Market monitoring & reporting
  • Competitive analysis, customer feedback, market trends
  • Document all activities in the CRM
  • Prepare regular internal reports
  • Work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Supply Chain
  • Support issues related to product availability or regulatory requirements
  • Continuous professional development in biosimilars, therapeutic trends and the market environment
  • Participate in internal training programs

Requirements

  • Certified Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (mandatory)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management (hospital & outpatient practice)
  • Experience with product launches, ideally biosimilars or in rheumatology
  • Strong scientific understanding
  • Experience liaising with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
  • Background in rheumatology, gastroenterology, biosimilars or generics
  • Ability to develop and implement business plans
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High digital literacy
  • Resilience and time management skills
  • Experience in an international/multicultural environment
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Solution‑oriented, agile mindset
