About the role
- Revenue & target achievement
- Achieve regional sales targets through proactive stakeholder management
- Identify and map relevant accounts; develop tailored strategies for rapid product uptake
- Responsible for launches in biosimilars and value‑added medicines
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision‑makers

- Manage key accounts (hospitals, hospital networks, specialist physician practices)
- Maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, procurement and medical administration
- Develop bespoke account strategies
- Sell the biosimilars portfolio, meeting targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Contract negotiations & tender management
- Implement strategic sales plans to increase market share
- Collaborate with Marketing on materials, training and campaigns
- Plan and execute new biosimilar launches
- Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals
- Attend symposia, conferences and training events
- Market monitoring & reporting
- Competitive analysis, customer feedback, market trends
- Document all activities in the CRM
- Prepare regular internal reports
- Work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Supply Chain
- Support issues related to product availability or regulatory requirements
- Continuous professional development in biosimilars, therapeutic trends and the market environment
- Participate in internal training programs
Requirements
- Certified Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management (hospital & outpatient practice)
- Experience with product launches, ideally biosimilars or in rheumatology
- Strong scientific understanding
- Experience liaising with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
- Background in rheumatology, gastroenterology, biosimilars or generics
- Ability to develop and implement business plans
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High digital literacy
- Resilience and time management skills
- Experience in an international/multicultural environment
- Analytical and strategic thinking
