About the role

  • Manage the complete inside sales cycle, from lead qualification to order closing and logistical follow-up
  • Handle leads and customers via digital channels and phone using a consultative approach
  • Understand customer needs and qualify opportunities using frameworks such as BANT / CHAMP
  • Prepare technical specifications/architecture and technical and commercial proposals in partnership with application engineering
  • Conduct follow-up cadences in accordance with the internal playbook
  • Present proposals, negotiate and close orders and contracts with a focus on meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Provide post-sales support in coordination with Engineering and RMA teams
  • Prospect new opportunities within and outside the assigned account portfolio, targeting the vertical market under your responsibility, using account management techniques
  • Create annual tactical plans for your vertical market based on management’s strategic guidelines
  • Maintain and update the sales funnel in the CRM (Salesforce) and keep customer records in the ERP (SAP)
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, cycle time, average order value, revenue, gross margin and deadlines
  • Deliver weekly presentations of metrics and the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update sales support and inbound marketing materials (catalogs, datasheets, presentations, internal procedures, webinars)
  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, operations, finance and engineering teams
  • Participate in automation and optimization projects for internal commercial processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical B2B sales with sales targets
  • Knowledge of IoT, industrial PCs, switches, industrial automation projects and substation automation
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications for automation, IoT or related projects
  • Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading)
