Sales

• Support the Key Accounts/Field Sales team throughout the sales cycle;
• Assist in the preparation, review and entry of proposals and orders in SAP;
• Support the creation of BOMs and preliminary configurations based on requirements gathered by the salesperson;
• Check product codes, stock, lead times and commercial terms in SAP;
• Update opportunities, activities and progress information in the CRM;
• Assist in gathering and organizing customers' technical requirements;
• Conduct product and solution research within Advantech's portfolio;
• Consult datasheets, manuals, certificates and other technical documents;
• Support interpretation of architectures and sizing of low- and medium-complexity solutions;
• Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Technical Specialist and Application Engineering to validate solutions;
• Assist in preparing technical specifications, descriptive reports and documents for proposals;
• Send technical documentation, datasheets, certificates and recommendations to customers and sales representatives;
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, highlighting the benefits and differentiators of the solutions;
• Handle customer inquiries by phone, e-mail or online meetings, always under the supervision or guidance of the team;
• Perform follow-up on information, proposals and open opportunities;
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial presentations;
• Attend meetings with customers, Key Accounts, Engineering and other involved departments;
• Properly record performed activities in the company's official platforms;
• Maintain clear communication with the Commercial, Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, Finance and After-Sales departments;
• Participate in the technical and commercial trainings defined in the development plan;
• Complete the designated modules and certifications on the IIoT Academy and eLearning platforms;
• Participate in role-plays, guided studies and technical-commercial service simulations;
• Document knowledge acquired during trainings and projects;
• Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement of pre-sales processes;
• Support strategic projects defined by management for the period;
• Participate in development activities between the Commercial and Engineering teams, expanding knowledge of pre-sales, applications, technical support and the Advantech customer journey;
• Progressively develop autonomy to handle low-complexity technical and commercial requests, always respecting the company's established approval and validation levels.
