• Maintain owner/client accounting for managed shopping centers: record routine operating expenses
• Monitor budgets for shopping centers
• Cash/treasury management
• Manage relationships with our supplier partners
• Handle administrative follow-up
• Support the deployment of the company's CSR strategy

Accounts Payable Accountant – Real Estate

Controller

• The management controller will carry out actions to achieve target budgets, in line with objectives set by Management.
• They will also prepare reporting for investors, in accordance with the clauses set out in our management mandates.
• Develop procedures and management tools: define the main directions for controls and indicators to be implemented, and the reporting framework intended for Management.
• Design activity dashboards (monthly or quarterly) and implement and improve management procedures and optimization of financial information flows.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, application of current and upcoming mandates, and improve the performance of the centers.
