About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and implement the marketing strategy for the sites in line with ADVANTAIL's corporate strategy
- Implement and develop strategies to increase site visitor numbers and site revenue
- Cooperate with all teams (leasing and property management) to develop performance metrics
- Ensure budget planning and compliance by defining action priorities
- Report on the impact of actions taken and budgets committed
- Contribute to and actively participate in cross-functional discussions within the Marketing team
- Write briefs, prepare requests for quotes (RFQs), negotiate, and send files to partners
- Develop and maintain marketing tools and assets for the shopping centers
- Monitor the commercial events and promotions plan (PAC)
- Oversee customer acquisition and retention policies
- Manage and monitor online media buying
- Optimize customer databases
- Monitor technological developments
- Update content on the shopping centers' websites
Requirements
What you’ll need- Open to all genders; currently studying for or preparing a Master's degree in Marketing
- Proficient in MS Office, digital communication tools, and direct marketing techniques
- Strong knowledge of web tools
- Excellent organizational skills and project management abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, commitment, and enthusiasm for the role will be key to your success
