About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
- RN license preferred (varies by state)
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare management
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance
- Compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills
