Maintains data pertaining to research projects, completes source documents/case report forms, and performs data entry
Assists with patient recruitment and attends study meetings
Orders and maintains equipment and supplies
Reviews medical records and/or conducts screenings for recruitment of study participants
Performs interviews and QOL questionnaires
Collects study specimen according to protocol which may include phlebotomy, processing, and preparation for shipping
Coordinates services, schedules procedures, creates and maintains case packages, and monitors charges
Assists with quality assurance and tracks regulatory submissions
Performs related approved responsibilities as required
Requirements
Experience in neuroscience, behavioral sciences, neuropsychological assessments, and detailed data management
Interest in opioid use disorders and/or vagal nerve stimulation
Maintain data, complete source documents/case report forms, and perform data entry
Assist with patient recruitment, screenings, interviews, and QOL questionnaires
Collect study specimens (may include phlebotomy), process, and prepare for shipping
Coordinate services, schedule procedures, create/maintain case packages, and monitor charges
Assist with quality assurance and track regulatory submissions
High School Diploma or GED and three years administrative support experience OR two years of college and one year admin support/customer service OR licensed practical nurse (LPN) with one year admin or LPN experience OR Bachelor, Master, MD or PhD in scientific, health-related, or business administration
Residency in the state of Georgia required
Clinical training must be tracked/monitored through Emory Healthcare under the credentialing category of Clinical Researcher
