• Onboarding Coordination — Prepare new-hire paperwork, ensure completion of I-9s, run background checks, and support first-day orientation.
• Employee Records Management — Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, update HRIS data, and track required documentation including OIG exclusion lists.
• Benefits Administration — Support enrollment, answer basic employee questions, and coordinate with benefit vendors as needed.
• Timekeeping & Payroll Support — Assist with Training timesheet collection from new Providers and payroll preparation tasks.
• Compliance Tasks — Help maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws, including posting requirements, COI updates, training tracking, and policy updates.
• Employee Relations Support — Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for employee questions and direct issues to HR leadership when appropriate.
• General HR Administration — Prepare documents including draft VOE’s, run reports, schedule meetings, and support HR projects as assigned.

• Liaising with health insurance providers to ascertain patients' benefits, as required.
• Updating patients' personal and health insurance details, as needed.
