About the role
- Design and execute channel marketing programs and processes to enhance value and improve partner performance
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and intermediaries aligned with Unitys strategic goals
- Develop and implement integrated channel plans that leverage business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Educate and support partners with product knowledge, sales materials, and up-to-date information to ensure success
- Build competitive value propositions and go-to-market strategies to mitigate market threats
- Design and manage content-driven campaigns to attract and convert customers through partner channels
- Analyze campaign data and create dashboards to track performance, optimize outcomes, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure partner alignment and program success
Requirements
- Strong understanding of strategic services, telecommunications, and technology markets
- At least three years of experience in channel management, partner sales, or B2B marketing (BPO or tech sector preferred)
- Proven ability in project management and campaign execution
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with CRM, reporting, and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana)
- Fluency in English
- Spanish proficiency (preferred)
- VL/SL credits upon regularization
