About the role
- Manage and integrate activities across Enterprise Boeing Fire and Site based Fire Protection teams
- Lead our Enterprise Fire Protection function
- Work with program management/project management best practices
- Apply knowledge of security and fire disciplines and processes
- Responsible for Fire Protection contracts
- Coordinate and address Enterprise fire related advice and assistance
- Use appropriate management and administrative skills
- Act in a subject matter expert role
- Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures
- Acquire resources for organizational activities
Requirements
- Current valid driver’s license
- 5+ years of experience as a full time/career firefighter and/or fire industry professional (including engineering)
- 5+ years of experience in fire protection and fire management
- Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Experience building a team and developing employees and managers
